Clover Anvil LLC operates this website. In this notice, "Clover Anvil," "we," and "us" refer to the company. We aim to collect as little personal information through the site as practical.
When you contact us
Our contact and support forms collect your email address, message, and optional name. Support requests also require an app selection. The contact form allows optional app and inquiry-topic selections. Links to the contact form can include these selections in the page URL and preselect them for you; you can change them before sending.
The submitted request identifies whether it is a contact or support inquiry and includes a Cloudflare Turnstile verification token. We use the information you submit to respond, provide support, keep appropriate business records, and protect our services.
We use Resend for email delivery. It processes your inquiry type, name if provided, message, selected app and inquiry topic if supplied, and email address to deliver your inquiry to our contact or support inbox. Your email address is used as the reply address. A request identifier derived from the inquiry details is also sent to Resend to help prevent duplicate deliveries.
Information used to run the site
Our hosting and security provider may process information about requests to the website. This can include your IP address, browser and device details, pages requested, request times, and security signals. It is used to deliver the site, prevent abuse, investigate problems, and keep the site reliable.
For form submissions, our server uses your IP address to enforce submission limits and sends it with the verification token to Cloudflare Turnstile for security verification. A keyed identifier derived from your IP address, submission counts, and expiry timestamps are stored in Cloudflare D1 for rate limiting. The rate-limit table does not store your raw IP address, name, email address, message, or verification token.
Our form-handling code does not write message contents, email addresses, verification tokens, or raw provider responses to application logs. Hosting, security, and email providers may maintain their own operational logs.
Browser storage and site features
The website uses a single dark appearance and does not save a theme preference. Our website code does not set cookies or use local storage, session storage, or an IndexedDB database. Form text remains in the page after a recoverable submission error so you can retry; our scripts do not save a form draft in browser storage. Your browser may independently offer autofill or restore form fields.
The website code includes no account system, advertising tools, or visitor analytics scripts. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to verify submissions and rate limits to help prevent spam. Cloudflare processes security signals for these checks. Cloudflare security or access services may use cookies or other browser storage, depending on the services enabled. See Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Notice and Cloudflare's cookie information. If analytics or other optional services are added, we will update this notice to explain them.
When information may be shared
We do not sell personal information. Service providers may process information to host or protect this site and our business communications. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with the law, protect rights or safety, or complete a business transaction.
How long we keep information
We keep support and business correspondence only as long as reasonably needed for its original purpose, legal obligations, dispute resolution, security, and recordkeeping.
Rate-limit records have expiry times used to reset submission limits. Expired records are removed in batches during later submission attempts, so expiry does not mean immediate deletion. Records can remain while there are no later submissions.
Requests about your information
You can ask questions or request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have sent us. We may need to retain some information to meet legal obligations or legitimate recordkeeping needs.
Children's information
This website is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the site.
